§ 02 / Two brains

Sorting stays local. Only what is useful goes on to be written.

The local model sets aside what requires nothing; only what is useful goes to the model that writes. Sorting runs on a controlled infrastructure: at Sooatek, or at your premises with the Custom plan.

§ 03 / What it looks like

01 · Ready actions

A draft ready, one click to send it.

The reply is written in your style. You validate, edit or ignore it; after validation, you still have 10 s to cancel the send.

02 · Follow-up

Reminders are scheduled and close by themselves.

When a reply is expected, a reminder is scheduled for D+1 or D+2. It closes by itself as soon as the reply arrives.

03 · Evening report

Every evening, you rate. Each correction becomes a rule.

At 7 p.m. (Madagascar time), every business day: what happened and what Tsiaro would have done. Four buttons per suggestion.

You stay in control, at every step.

Tsiaro prepares, a person validates. These rules apply by default, from day one.

    Tsiaro reads your tools. It writes nothing in them until a family of actions has been enabled.

  • Human validation of every message sent

    No message leaves without your click.

  • 10 s to cancel

    After validation, a button still lets you stop the send.

  • Full log

    Every suggestion and every action is recorded and can be consulted.

  • Local AI as an option

    Sorting can run on your own hardware.

  • Secrets masked

    Passwords and keys are masked automatically in drafts.

  • Sorting on controlled hosting

    At Sooatek or at your premises, depending on the plan.

  • Chosen scope

    You choose what is tracked. HR and private spaces stay out of scope.

§ 05 / Setup in 4 weeks

Four weeks to move from listening to acting.

First it listens, then it suggests, finally it acts, one family at a time, once its suggestions have proven themselves.

  1. Day 0

    Step 1: Half-day workshop

    We connect your tools, read-only, and set the tracked scope together.

  2. Weeks 1 to 3

    Step 2: It observes without acting

    Tsiaro suggests without sending anything. Every evening, you rate its suggestions.

  3. Week 4

    Step 3: Activation by family of actions

    A family of actions is enabled above a threshold agreed together (for example 80% correct suggestions: illustrative example).

  4. Then

    Step 4: It improves

    Each correction in the evening report becomes a rule. Your style is refreshed every week.
