What are your rates?
Every project is priced at a fixed price, in a written quote before work starts: scope, timeline, deliverables and price. As an indication, our rates are up to 3 times cheaper than the European market, for the same standards and expertise. Benchmark: the average day rate of an experienced developer in Western Europe (Morgan Philips Freelance 2025–2026 and Hays 2025 studies, published for France), compared with the price of a day of our team in Madagascar. The gap depends on the project; only the quote is binding.
How much does a security audit cost?
The security and GDPR audit is a 5-day fixed-price engagement (a 2-day express audit for a brochure site or a simple application), priced in the quote before we start. Active tests are only run with written authorization, in pre-production, and the same team can fix what the audit finds.
What do you do in artificial intelligence?
An assessment of your uses, AI integrated into your tools (a document assistant that cites its sources, agents, automation) and specialized models. We have released an open Malagasy speech recognition model, and our in-house assistant Tsiaro is in production at our company. A human validates every outgoing action.
Do you work as a white-label partner?
Yes. We deliver under your agency’s brand (documentation, reports, release notes) and we never contact your client directly: this rule is written into the partner contract. Agencies get −20% off the direct rate of all our offers.
Does our data leave Europe?
Our team works from Madagascar. Its access to your data may constitute a transfer outside the European Union: it is then covered in writing, in the GDPR data processing agreement (Article 28) and by standard contractual clauses. For AI, European or local models are possible when your data must not leave.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code is on your Git repository from day one, and the rights are assigned to you on payment.
What happens if we stop?
We organize a full handover within 30 days: code, documentation, access.
How do you handle the time difference?
Madagascar is on UTC+3, one to two hours ahead of Paris: most of the working day overlaps, and your project’s progress stays visible in your project space.
Do you use AI on our code?
Our in-house tools prepare code, tests and reports. A developer reviews and validates everything before production. We agree with you on what can be handled this way.
