§ 05 / Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the diagnostic deducted from the project?
Yes, 100%, if the project is signed within 30 days.
Why a paid diagnostic before the quote?
Because a fixed price is only worth something if the scope is written down. In 48 business hours you get that scope, the risks and a price range: you can give it to us or to another provider.
Do we need to prepare anything?
What you already have: specifications, mockups, access to the existing code. Nothing is required. The one-hour interview is there to ask the questions.
Let’s talk about your project.
Describe your need in a few lines. We get back to you in writing with a first opinion, the possible next step and its price.
