- Workshop only
- Leadership workshop only (half a day), deducted from the assessment within 30 days: on quote.
- Format
- In France, remotely by video call; on site on request, travel costs extra. In Madagascar, in person in Madagascar.
- Deduction
- The assessment is deducted from an integration signed within 30 days, above a minimum amount stated in the quote.
- Madagascar
- Companies in Madagascar and the Indian Ocean: same offers, quotes in local currency on request.
- Payment
- Depending on the amount of the quote: payment on order, or 40% on order and the balance on delivery of each work package. Monthly subscriptions: payable in advance.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need “clean” data to start?
No. The data inventory is part of the assessment: it tells you what can be used right away, what needs preparation, and what is not worth it.
What about GDPR and the AI Act?
Each use case is reviewed for personal data and for the AI Act’s transparency obligations. This is not legal advice: if a case falls under a “high-risk” system, we flag it so that a lawyer can review it.
Do you work with companies in Madagascar?
Yes: same offers, quotes in local currency on request, and the workshop can be held in person in Madagascar.
