- A repetitive workflow (sorting requests, extracting data, re-keying) taken over, with n8n or code.

Does our data go to OpenAI or elsewhere?
Only if you choose so. We can use models hosted in Europe, or local models installed on your server: your data does not leave.
What happens if the AI gets it wrong?
It will sometimes: that is why a human approves every outgoing action and why the assistant cites its sources. The prototype measures the error rate on your data before any go-live.
Should we start with the AI assessment?
No, if you already know which process to tackle. The assessment helps choose between several options; it is deducted from an integration signed within 30 days, above a minimum amount stated in the quote.
